In the manner provided by Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code and under the distance selling, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 7 days after the delivery of the order which will be refunded against return of goods delivered, excluding postage related to his order. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. All returns require an RMA number may be obtained free by mail ( service.client@model-miniature.com) or telephone (Article 7). The return of goods shall be at expense and risk of the buyer.
